This Coldwall Drop-in Refrigerated Cold Display Unit is crafted of stainless steel, and therefore corrosion-resistant. Foamed in non-CFC polyurethane provides its insulation. The refrigerant used is R-404A. Space for two deep full size pans or a combination of standard size pans is provided. Support to the suspended pan comes from a recessed ledge holding up the ends and 3 divider bars carrying the sides. A thermostatic control keeps the temperature beneath 41F. The remote compressor releases any warm air generated farther away from your cold well. The condenser can be mounted on any of the four sides because it’s on a swivel. Air flow direction is controlled by a dual air movement lover and a sliding shroud. Having been built with EcoSmart technology, this well uses electricity carefully, which eases your energy costs.
