We can provide the equipment. These Coldwall Drop-in Refrigerated Cold Display Units are self-contained stainless steel pieces with non-CFC polyurethane foam insulation. The roomy well fits 6 full size pans, of a combination of standard size pans. A recessed ledge offers support to the ends of the pans, while 7 divider bars create the support for the sides of the pans. The well’s interior features a drain with a gate valve and coved corners. A thermostatic control keeps your temperature below 41F. Placing the condenser on a swivel was a proactive idea which allows you to mount it on any of the 4 sides. The dual air movement louver and sliding shroud control the direction of air flow.EcoSmart technology makes this an energy-efficient product which conservatively uses electricity.
